Going Off-Grid

I contend that Americans are programmed to respond better to scenarios involving what they fear. Whereas architecture traditionally leverages people’s desires, I will instead leverage fear, which produces an alternate kind of desire, to establish what I contend will be a more positive notion of suburban development.
