Our Process

  • Inquire: Every project starts by filling out our Inquiry Form. We will follow up with our Investment Guide, which will provide you with information about our pricing, process, and other helpful insights.

  • Discovery Call: We can then book a complimentary 15 minute Discovery Call where we can get to know one another, I can answer questions you may have about our process, and see if your project seems like a good fit for working together.

  • In-Person Consultation: Our first in-person touchpoint will be an on-site, 90-Minute Consultation, $550 pre-paid upon scheduling online. This meeting includes a walkthrough of your project, gaining an understanding of your scope of work, some initial design direction, discussing your goals for the project, and we will follow up with our Project Proposal for the discussed Scope of Work.

  • Project Proposal: After the initial consultation is complete, you will receive a custom, detailed proposal with your project details and timeline. Once you accept our Proposal, including the estimated costs, a Service Agreement and Retainer payment will follow. Now your project can officially begin!
